EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES & DISCLAIMER

Before You Snap™ is a faith-centered educational resource created to provide mothers with practical tools, personal reflections, and resources for navigating difficult motherhood moments.

Bloom for Mama and Inayah are not providing therapy, medical or mental-health treatment, professional parenting advice, or Islamic scholarly guidance. Inayah is not a therapist, psychologist, physician, licensed mental-health professional, parenting professional, or Islamic scholar. Please seek an appropriately qualified professional or scholar when your circumstances require individualized support.

No specific results are promised or guaranteed. Every mother, child, and family is different, and individual experiences will vary.

PURCHASES & DIGITAL ACCESS

All prices are shown before checkout. By completing your purchase, you authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the amount displayed at checkout.

Bloom for Mama products are digital unless otherwise stated. Access may be delivered through email and/or the platform hosting the purchased product. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to your account.

Your purchase is for your personal use only. You may not share your login information or give another person access to a paid product.

Before You Snap™ and accompanying lessons, written content, PDFs, worksheets, guides, scripts, audio content, graphics, resources, and other original materials are owned by Bloom for Mama or used with appropriate permission.

Your purchase gives you a limited license to use these materials personally. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, resell, upload, teach from, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from these materials without prior written permission from Bloom for Mama.

COMMUNITY ACCESS & CONDUCT

Certain purchases may include access to a private Before You Snap™ community. Community members are expected to communicate with adab, kindness, modesty, and respect.

Vulgar or sexually inappropriate content, harassment, bullying, threatening behavior, spam, graphic or highly distressing content, and sharing another member's private information or screenshots are not permitted. Please protect your family's privacy when posting. Although members are expected to keep community discussions private, Bloom for Mama cannot guarantee that another member will maintain confidentiality. For ordinary rule violations, Bloom for Mama will remove the content and issue a warning. A second violation will result in removal from the community. Serious violations involving harassment, threats, explicit content, safety concerns, or deliberate privacy violations will result in immediate removal. Removal from the community does not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund.

FOUNDING MAMA BONUS

Where advertised, private community access is included at no additional cost for the first 300 qualifying purchasers of Before You Snap™. Joining the VIP waitlist alone does not reserve or guarantee a Founding Mama spot.

FOUNDING MAMA COMMUNITY ACCESS

As a special launch bonus, the first 300 customers who purchase Before You Snap™ will receive lifetime access to the private Before You Snap™ community at no additional cost.

Joining the VIP waitlist alone does not reserve or guarantee a community spot. A qualifying purchase must be completed while one of the first 300 spots remains available.

For purposes of this offer, “lifetime access” means access for as long as Bloom for Mama continues to operate and maintain the Before You Snap™ community. It does not guarantee that any particular third-party platform, feature, format, or community service will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Community access remains subject to the Community Conduct provisions in these Terms. Bloom for Mama reserves the right to remove members who violate those rules as described above.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of Bloom for Mama products and the immediate access provided to digital content and materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Before purchasing, please review the product description carefully to make sure Before You Snap™ is right for you. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact Bloom for Mama for assistance. A technical access issue does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & LIABILITY

Bloom for Mama may use third-party services to process payments, host products, deliver emails, or provide community access. While reasonable efforts will be made to assist with access issues, uninterrupted availability of third-party services cannot be guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom for Mama and its owner will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our educational materials, products, or community. You remain responsible for your own decisions and how you apply the information provided. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW & CONTACT

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Bloom for Mama may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will show the most recent revision.
